Is your payment system secure?
Our online shopping payment is secure and we have invested in making this site as secure as can be.
What are the Shipping Costs
Shipping is free over R300 within South Africa, and is charged at a R 60 flat rate for below R 300. International Shipping, please contact us to discuss a quote.
How long will it take?
Overall it generally can take up to 4 – 7 days from the time you have placed your order. The timeline is broken down as follows:
- Once you have paid for your order, it will be dispatched after 1 – 3 days.
- Once with the courier, you should receive your package anywhere from 3 – 5 working days. This all depends on where we are sending your package to.
- We will let you know as soon as your package has been handed over to the courier.
- We use Fastway Couriers and will provide you with a tracking number and URL so that you can keep track of your package at all times.
Do let us know if your package does not arrive in due time.
Do you have International Shipping options?
We don’t offer this yet as a standard offering, Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need international shipping.
What is your returns policy?
Please send us an e-mail within 7 days of receiving your product, if you are not happy with our Products. We will be happy to return and refund/replace if your product isn’t what you thought it was going to be.
- Returns are done on your own cost, the goods must be in their original packaging – unopened and undamaged – and the goods need to be packaged appropriately for transport (i.e. enough bubblewrap to ensure the product won’t get damaged during transport).
- If we receive a damaged product (that left your hands undamaged) we unfortunately cannot refund you. Once we receive your package and it is in a sellable condition, we will refund you with pleasure.
- Returns are only done on items brought from our online store www.withlovebaby.co.za
Do you collaborate with Brands and Parenting Bloggers?
YES! Please send us an e-mail and we can chat. If you go ahead and do it, please remember to link to our website and don’t use images without consent.
Can I buy something from your website and send it to a friend as a gift?
We are more than happy to send your package to your friend – we can even write a little note for you on the Thank You card that will be included in your order (in our best handwriting!). Please write your note in the “Order Notes” section at checkout.
